Delivery： The lathe arrived within the promised 6-week timeframe despite being shipped overseas. Packaging was robust – no external damage. Minor delay at customs clearance (not your fault), but communication from your logistics team was proactive. Well handled overall. Quality：Exceptional build quality! We’ve run 300+ hours machining stainless steel/titanium parts, and the positional accuracy (±0.003mm) holds perfectly. Spindle vibration is minimal even at max RPM. Way better than our previous Japanese model. Zero mechanical failures so far – worth every euro. Design： The modular tool turret saves us 15–20 minutes per setup. The coolant management system is genius – no leaks or pooling. Our only gripe: the control panel UI feels slightly outdated compared to touchscreen competitors. But operators adapted quickly. Ergonomic chip guard is a small but appreciated detail!
